Why I personally feel Avenue South Residence (ASR) is worthy for your consideration?
 
After I brought my investor buyer to the ASR showsuite, we walked the grounds & checked out the actual site of the new launch. To my amazement, this little known location at Silat Avenue has a lot of potential upsides.
